The short answer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items
Share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the item, including shipping.
